Located just west of Newton, this deck girder bridge crosses Cherry Creek.
Built in approximately 1915, the bridge features a trio of deck girder spans, set onto concrete substructures.
It is unknown if the bridge was all built at the same time. Unfortunately, Rock Island bridge records have been impossible t find.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair to good condition. The entire structure appears to be in decent condition.
The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
